The Blastline Internal Pipe Coater-II & III are designed  to coat the inside of pipes quickly and evenly without the need to rotate the item. Both machines comfortably handle most long life heavy duty protective paint coating systems. Either unit simply couples to a suitable airless spray machine of minimum 45:1 ratio.

In operation a rotating head, powered by an air motor throws paint by centrifugal force at an evenly metered flow against the surface. Pipe coater is manually pulled through the pipe at a pre-determined speed based on paint film thickness and type of coating.

Spray Roller

Dry ice blasting

The unique feature of dry ice as a blasting material is that it vaporizes on contact with the surface to be cleaned. Treated surfaces are therefore left dry and clean,without residues of detergents or blasting materials.

As the process is completely dry and non-conductive, dry Ice Blasting is ideal for cleaning machinery, electrical installations, electro-mechanical equipment, surfaces and moulds.

Thermal (Metallized) Spray Coatings Arc Spray System
Electric arc spray metalizing users relatively high electrical amperage to melt wire,rather than a flame. Two wires are fed from individual spools into a spray gun. Each wire is given an opposing electrical charge between 375 and 400amps. As the wires feed into the gun,they contact, arc and melt. Compresses air atomizes the molten metal wire and blows it onto the surface. The spray fan is wider than that of flame spray, and is generally more productive.

Electrostatic Powder Coating
